Jessica Crow has been a wellness leader for more than 20 years, teaching meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to individuals and groups around the world. With a degree in human biology and a focus in behavioral neuroscience, she draws on her knowledge of the healing arts to construct unique and effective healing protocols that focus on redefining the health of the whole being — mind, body, and spirit. Jessica’s teaching style is compassionate yet challenging, encouraging deeper mental and physical awareness and inner growth via personal insight and intuition. Using techniques from the ancient science of meditation plus evidence-based psychology and neuroscience, she helps guide people on their path to personal health, empowerment, and positive transformation.
