    Evan Ruiz is a trainer in Los Angeles where she specializes in hip mobility and strength. Evan suffered from hips and lower back pain after being a softball catcher for nearly 20 years. When she became a personal trainer in 2016, she began to learn more about mobility and how simple movements can release and change the way we think we are naturally built. When she focused on mobilizing her hips, she noticed her lower back aches were decreasing. As she continued to practice and research, she started strengthening the glutes and has never had low back pain again. Dedicated to helping others, she continues to practice on her own mobility and sharing her knowledge with others.
