DailyBarre is a locally-owned studio for women (and men) looking for a fresh challenge to their fitness. We offer an every-day approach to taking charge of your health.

After moving to Crossville from Chicago several years ago, Dawn founded DailyBarre to help others ignite a passion for fitness, healthy living, and the power of doing something every day that helps you feel strong. Whether it’s a brisk walk with the kiddos, a jog to help center your soul, or just power-lifting the laundry jug on those days that are too hectic to measure, it’s so important to stay moving.

Our instructors help create strength breath by breath and inch by inch, focusing on low-impact workouts that are anything but boring. We’ll know you by name and work with you to develop the right pace that has the right fit for you. And most of all, we’re here to coach and consult you all the way to the body you truly want.

Our Instructors

Dawn Bosanko – Founder & Barre Instructor

Since 2001 I realized that motivating workout classes were the most effective workout for someone like me, and surely I am not alone. As a busy mom of 2, I know the importance of getting a good and effective workout in, in as little time as possible, which was a driving force behind the dream of opening a studio! I am American Barre Technique Levels I, II and III certified, Ballet Aerobics certified and plan on doing more certification in the future to be able to bring more to all of you!

Whit Howard – Yoga Instructor

Whit is a Crossville native. In addition to her work as a yoga instructor, she also works in the mortgage industry for nearly fifteen years. She has 3 great kids that keep her on the road with travel sports. When they aren’t playing sports, you can find them hiking or chasing snow to ski! Whit first began her yoga practice as a way to reduce stress from her busy lifestyle and help with tight muscles from CrossFit. Her style is Yin/restorative yoga perfect for anyone! Whit wants you to leave class feeling motivated and relaxed with a quiet mind to tackle whatever the day throws at you.

STEVIE BEATY – BARRE/barre burnout INSTRUCTOR

Stevie is from Crossville, Tennessee. Stevie enjoys an active lifestyle including coaching young athletes at SEA in Cumberland County. She has a passion for anything fitness and wellness. Stevie was drawn to how barre had noticeable results without putting such strain and overload on the body. Stevie strives to make her classes the right combination of fun and challenging. She is American Barre Technique certified and excited to have joined the DailyBarre family!

Christy Dolinich – Barre instructor

Christy is a Crossville native, married to Tony Dolinich. Christy is a proud MiMi to Emersyn and Wren. Christy joined DailyBarre as a member in October of 2019 and as an instructor in January of 2022. If you know Christy, you know that she is all about efficiency and a good time…you will definitely find that in her classes! Christy brings 6 years of group fitness experience to DailyBarre. Christy’s classes are designed to include a great workout for any fitness level! 

IVA SMITH – PUMPED UP STRENGTH instructor

Hi everyone, my name is Iva Smith. I have been teaching group fitness for 5yrs. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than working out. It’s about being mentally and physically fit. There’s nothing more valuable to me than helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I’m here to be your personal guide on your journey. We are stronger together! Iva is certified in Pumped Up Strength created by Lauren George. See you at the Barre.

AMBER MARSHALL – BARRE FUSION instructor

Amber graduated from Cumberland County Highschool and has her personal trainer certification through ACE, & group fitness certification through NASM with multiple specializations. Amber has been teaching group fitness since 2014. Chasing two boys & working in real estate have kept me busy but, I’m excited to get back into a studio environment! I’ve always enjoyed the camaraderie that comes from group fitness. Exercise and running have always been something that helps me find my happy place & I love sharing that with others!

LINDSAY BAKER – NO EXCUSES INSTRUCTOR

Lindsay has lived in Crossville almost her whole life. She is married to an amazing man and have 2 beautiful girls, is a dog mom and her family loves to farm. Lindsay is Barre Above Certified with an emphasis in Pilates and is excited to teach and help everyone meet their goals!

Rachel Hawn – POUND & YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Rachel is a certified PoundPro and RYT-200 certified yoga instructor.  Her background in dance drew her to Pound Fit because of the connection of music and movement. Pound gave her another outlet for expression and an amazing workout! She can’t wait to rockout with her new Posse at the DailyBarre! Love, Peace, & RipStix.

pENELOPE VIRES – YOGA INSTRUCTOR

With 10 years of experience, Penelope knows her yoga! Penelope is RTY-500 which means she has 500 hours of yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance, this is the highest standard for yoga teachers, and she is with us at DailyBarre!

Penelope says “I have always believed a life well lived is not without injuries. I mean you have to take a chance, right? These injuries can be emotional and spiritual as well as physical. I find yoga a soothing balm to the risk assumed when living life to the fullest. I look forward to sharing my yoga practice with you.”
