We want to make sure everyone gets a great workout and want to make sure you are comfortable when you join us. If you are just starting out, we suggest Yoga and Barre Fusion to start. Circuit Barre is also a great class that is easier to take at your pace than some of the other classes. It is 45 seconds at one station and then you move to the next. In 45 seconds you do as many of the listed workout as you can. All up to you! All of these classes are low impact, light to no cardio and great for beginners!  Express Barre and Barre 30 EMOM can also be a good option as it is 30 minutes and we can adjust the variety of workouts included. 

8am Barre and Pumped Up Strength will be great classes to add to your routine once you have been with us for a couple of weeks as they are more of a low impact strength training class.

** NEW CLASSES WITH TOTAL BALANCE THERAPY** We are excited to partner with Total Balance Therapy to be offering Mat Pilates and Chair Pilates series classes. These classes will need to be book with and paid for by calling 931.337.5919. You will not be able to book these classes on our site. They are listed for informational purposes. Please look for mat classes on Monday’s and Friday’s and Chair classes on Wednesday’s starting March 2024.
