Our classes will transform your body and spirit, helping you create muscle tone and strength as well as improve your posture. All classes are designed with an every-day approach to fitness, one that fits all lifestyles and fitness levels. 

Class & Membership Options

For first-timers, we have a 2 for $10 card that will all you to dip your toe with two classes. This is only available for new members. All other classes are on punch cards, allowing flexibility over a monthly fee. We also offer gift cards available in any amount, which make for a perfect surprise for your barre-buddy.

Dawn’s Story

I found myself craving a smaller group experience and know the best way to give my family the best version of myself, was to make sure my workouts were non-negotiable! I started doing Barre and saw the relationships that I made actually made me stronger on the inside, as well as the technique itself pushing my body in totally new ways. Now, I keep on shakin’!

Sweat is Magic

Hard work pays off! Barre connects your body and mind with classes focused on intentional movements that focus your muscles. Holding positions produces a shake throughout your body, which means you’re increasing strength.
